Order Process
Standard illustration commissions: Vgen.
Pay What You Want / SKEB style: Scratch.These are private/personal commissions meant for your personal use (wallpapers, pfps, etc)! Please don't use them for commercial purposes.All commission slots are first come first serve. Prices are subject to change based on demand. I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client makes me uncomfortable, behaves disrespectfully, or engages with otherwise inappropriate conduct. My well-being and comfort comes first.All messages, conversations, and discussions between the artist and client must remain private and may not be shared, publicized, or disclosed to third parties without the other party's consent.All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove. I might record the drawing process and post it on my socials.

Currency
All prices on this site are in USD, however Vgen automatically converts prices to your currency while on the site. Scratch is Pay What You Want in your currency.Method of Payment
100% payment via the platform of your choice upon project approval due to the nature of Vgen and Scratch.Refund Policy
Refunds are only available as long as I haven't started on the artwork yet. Please refer to the respective site itself for the refund policy.Additional Fees
Complex designs will incur extra fees. Please note if I'm allowed to simplify your design / which parts to keep if you wish to avoid fees.If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge. I don't offer rush deadlines, so please keep that in mind.

Work Process.

Duration
Varies from 1-4 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work I have lined up. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.Updates
You get 3 rounds of major changes on Vgen commissions included in the price.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

Rights.

Personal Use
Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.) Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.Monetized Content Use (Vgen add on)
Use the artwork to promote yourself. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated. Use the artwork on your Youtube or Twitch channels and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.Commercial Use (I do not offer this.)
Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way. This includes all merchandise.Editing
Please DO NOT edit / modify my art without my express permission. DO NOT remove my watermark from the image.AI/NFT
Please DO NOT feed my art into AI or make it into an NFT under any circumstance.Artist Rights
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork (I own the piece itself).I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (I will not claim any of the characters behind the art).I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.Breaking TOS
If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Onyami (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
